Guy Shand is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in product strategy, marketing, and business development, currently serving as the Head of Product Demand Solutions at Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator since July 2019. Shand co-founded The Maker Movement in January 2019, focusing on up-skilling first-time job seekers in retail. Previous roles include Angel Investor at BGR, Head of Global Marketing at Prodigy Finance, Deputy Managing Director at 34 Degrees Agency, and various marketing positions at SABMiller. Shand holds multiple degrees, including a B Com in Marketing and Economics from the University of South Africa and completion of The Prince of Wales's Business & Sustainability Programme at the University of Cambridge.
