Kimberly Rybaczuk is a skilled Human Resource professional with extensive experience in various HR functions. Currently serving as a Human Resource Generalist at Harada Industry of America, Inc. since April 2019, Kimberly manages time and attendance, temporary employee administration, wellness and recognition programs, and recruitment processes. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at HTI Cybernetics, Inc., where responsibilities included payroll management, new hire onboarding, benefit administration, and recruitment. Kimberly also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at GM Financial, contributing to recruitment efforts and employee onboarding. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resources Management with a minor in Spanish from Oakland University, completed in 2015.
