Jitendra Kumar has an extensive work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Jitendra is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of HappyCredit, where they aim to provide delightful online shopping experiences to Bharat Users through rewards, credit, and shopping inspiration. Prior to this, Jitendra was the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Simplilearn. During their time there, they built and led Engineering, Growth Hack, SEO, and Analytics teams, delivering multiple high-performance web and mobile applications. Jitendra also executed technology vision and innovation initiatives aligned with the business goals. Before Simplilearn, Jitendra held positions such as Chief Technology Officer & VP Growth Hacks, Chief Technology Officer, and Technical Director at the company. Jitendra also co-founded ReachWide and Beauclix in the past. Additionally, they have prior experience working as a Manager Associate at Rolta India Ltd. and as a Consultant at various companies. Jitendra started their career as a Software Engineer at The 3DO Company and later worked as a Game Programmer at Vicarious Visions.

Jitendra Kumar started their education in 1995 at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Jitendra completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering in 1999. In 1999, they then continued their studies at the EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) for a pre-doctoral program in Computer Science, which they completed in 2000.
