Dylan McGinnis serves as a Bank Officer and Portfolio Manager at Happy State Bank since January 2022, with prior roles including Credit Analyst II and Business Underwriter. Previously, Dylan held the position of Supply Chain & Inventory Supervisor at Texas Gun Experience from September 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included conducting inventory turnover analysis, developing cost-reducing sourcing strategies, and optimizing warehouse management processes. Dylan's experience also encompasses a Field Intern role at Sunbelt Rentals, Inc., which involved analyzing equipment utilization and supporting sales goals, as well as a Customer Service Associate position with the City of Bedford. Dylan earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington, having also attended Stephen F. Austin State University.
