Judith Rasch is an accomplished Operational Excellence Manager at Happy Horizon since January 2022, with a background in project management and digital marketing. Judith began at WINNRS, a B2B subsidiary of Happy Horizon, in October 2018 and progressed through roles as Projectmanager Operations and Digital Marketing Consultant, while also pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Digital Business. Judith's experience includes a Growth Hacking Traineeship at The Talent Institute and a Graduate Internship in Marketing at FC Utrecht, where a thesis evaluated marketing strategies for season ticket holders. Previous roles include positions at the Johan Cruyff Foundation and Stichting Lyvore, supporting marketing efforts and childcare.
