Scott Lockhart currently serves as the President of Happy Grasshopper, a position assumed in January 2024, where a focus on fostering creativity and strategic thinking drives exceptional team outcomes. Previously, as Senior Vice President at eXp Realty from August 2020 to September 2023, Scott led a multi-disciplinary team, significantly expanding its size and pioneering new technologies. As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Showcase IDX from July 2012 to August 2023, Scott oversaw substantial growth in team size and market reach, while successfully managing capital raises and acquisitions. Scott co-founded Regator, a platform for discovering blog content, and has held various consulting positions, including engagements with Wells Fargo. Early career experiences include roles in technology leadership at RE/MAX and Trader Publishing, as well as service as a firefighter in Australia. Scott holds a degree from Bryn Athyn College.
