John Brunnquell, Ph.D., serves as the President of Happy Egg since October 2024, following a distinguished tenure as President and Owner of Egg Innovations from 2000 to October 2024. Under John Brunnquell's leadership, Egg Innovations became the largest originator of 100% Free Range and Pasture Raised eggs, emphasizing animal welfare and family farming. John Brunnquell holds a Research Doctorate in Avian Ethology from the University of Kentucky (2016-2019), a Master's degree in Poultry Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1993-1995), and a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1981-1985).
