Steve Brown is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Corporate Finance and Strategy at Twill, having progressed through roles including Senior Manager and Manager in the same department since December 2021. Prior to joining Twill, Steve held the position of Corporate Development Analyst at Forge Health, a company focused on providing technology-enabled outpatient services for mental health and substance use disorders, from September 2020 to December 2021. Before that, Steve gained investment banking experience at Houlihan Lokey, where roles included Investment Banking Analyst and Investment Banking Summer Analyst. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, along with a minor in English.
