Ajay Menon is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over a decade in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Happiest Minds Technologies since October 2013, Ajay has held various technical leadership roles within the company, including Senior Technical Lead, Technical Lead, and Module Lead. Prior experience includes a position as a Sr. Hardware Engineer at Mindteck from January 2011 to October 2013, and as a Design Engineer at ProcSys-Processor Systems from October 2008 to January 2011. Ajay holds a Master of Science degree in Digital Design and Embedded Systems from Manipal Institute of Technology (2010-2012) and a B-Tech in Electronics & Communication from Mahatma Gandhi University (2004-2008). Early education was completed at Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan (1992-2004).
