Priscilla Scaff Mariani currently serves as the Executive Pastry Chef at Happier since January 2024. Prior experience includes working as Pastry Chef at Restaurant Gabriel Kreuther from March 2018 to January 2024 and as Pastry Sous Chef at Gab K LLC from February 2015 to March 2018. Priscilla's earlier roles include Pastry Sous Chef at The Dinex Group under Chef Daniel Boulud from 2012 to 2015 and at Balthazaar Restaurant from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Priscilla held the position of Chef de Partie at The Modern from 2006 to 2009. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and an Associate’s in Baking & Pastry from The Culinary Institute of America.
