Filip Gvardijan has a strong background in data science and analysis. Filip is currently working as a Data Science Manager at Happening since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Axilis from February 2021 to November 2022. Before entering management roles, Filip worked at Ericsson in various positions. From April 2018 to February 2021, they worked as a Data Scientist. Prior to that, from March 2016 to April 2018, they held the role of Data Analyst. Filip's career at Ericsson started in April 2013 as an Integration Engineer and they excelled in this role until March 2016.

Filip Gvardijan completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information and communication technology, Telecommunications from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. Filip pursued this degree from 2007 to 2012. In 2010 and 2011, Filip participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Technische Universität Wien, where they engaged in a Master's program focusing on Information & Knowledge Management.

In addition to their formal education, Filip obtained various certifications to further enhance their skills. Filip completed the "Advanced Data Science with IBM Specialization" course from IBM in November 2019. In May 2019, they obtained the "Statistics with Python Specialization" certification from Coursera. Furthermore, Filip completed the "Machine Learning A-Z" course from Udemy in July 2018.
