Karen Lentz has been serving as the International Sales Managerin at Hapag-Lloyd Cruises since June 2006, with a focus on supporting the travel agency sales division and leading teams for non-German-speaking markets. Prior experience includes a role as Produktkoordinator at DERTOUR from September 2004 to May 2006. Karen Lentz holds a Magister degree in Applied Cultural Studies from Leuphana University of Lüneburg (1998-2004), participated in an Erasmus/Socrates program at the University of Deusto (2000-2001), and completed training as a freight forwarding agent at Rewico Hamburg (1994-1997).
