Filip Nowak possesses extensive experience in customer care and engineering, currently serving as a Customer Care Engineer and Service Engineer at Hapa AG and FlexLink since December 2018. Prior to this, Filip held the position of Quality and Complaint Trainee for medical devices at Arjo from August 2017 to June 2018 and completed a traineeship in the R&D and service department for 3D printers at OMNI3D Industrial 3D Printing in July 2015. Filip holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Computerization and Robotization of Manufacturing from Poznan University of Technology, earned between 2011 and 2016.
