She also represents clients in traditional labor matters, such as responding to unfair labor practice charges and advising on grievance processes.
Gymmel also provides employers advice and counsel regarding their policies to ensure compliance with federal, State, and local laws. She has experience advising on employee policies and best practices, including employee handbooks, as well as employment-related issues resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Gymmel's practice also includes advising corporate clients on employment-related issues that arise in the context of corporate mergers and acquisitions. She has experience advising on post-transaction integration matters, as well as conducting due diligence in business transactions to assess potential liabilities and risk disclosures resulting from labor and employment practices.
