Mehar Virdi is a Senior Research Associate in the Education Practice Area at Hanover Research, where responsibilities include conducting comprehensive analyses and presentations for K-12 and Higher Education clients since October 2022. Prior to this role, Mehar spent over three years at Success Academy Charter Schools as a Data and Assessment Specialist, focusing on data analysis to enhance scholar outcomes and leading professional development sessions. Additional experience includes roles as a Policy Analysis Intern at the Institute for Environmental Negotiation, Project Manager for Formative Change Group, and various internships that involved communication, sustainability, and policy advocacy. Mehar holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs and French from the same institution.
