Prior to joining Hanold Associates, Jillian had progressive experiences in both the Retail and Education industries. She was an elementary school teacher in the Brookfield/Lagrange Park School District where she founded and facilitated a school-wide equity committee and coordinated virtual compliance meetings. She assessed and mentored fellow teachers and developed school-wide programs to enhance the educational experience for both teachers and students. Before this, she was a retail store manager at bevello based in Chicago.

Jillian earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a Master of Education in Leadership from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

Jillian lives in Chicago and enjoys trying new restaurants with her fiancé, taking Peloton classes and reading.
