Jan-Peter Lauchart has extensive experience in the exhibition and trade fair industry. Jan-Peter started their career at Deutsche Messe in 2005 as a Project Director for Global Alliances, where they stayed until 2014. In 2014, Lauchart joined Hannover Fairs Australia Pty Ltd as the Chief Operating Officer for two years. Following this, they returned to Deutsche Messe in 2016 as the Senior Project Director for International Subsidiaries and M&A. Currently, they hold the position of Director Corporate Subsidiary Management at Deutsche Messe AG since 2023.

Jan-Peter Lauchart completed their education at the University of Applied Science and Arts Hildesheim/Holzminden/Göttingen, where they earned a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre. Jan-Peter graduated with a Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) in 2005.
