Dr. Laura E. Buitrago Molina is a highly experienced scientific project manager with a background primarily in oncology and cancer biology. Currently serving at Hannover Medical School since September 2020, Dr. Buitrago Molina previously held a leadership role as Gruppenleiter at Universitätsklinikum Essen from April 2018 to August 2020 and worked as a project manager and postdoctoral researcher at Hannover Medical School from June 2010 to March 2018. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Oncology and Cancer Biology from Medizinische Hochschule Hannover, a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Genetics and Bioinformatics from Leibniz Universität Hannover, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Genetics from Universidad del Valle (CO).
