Yohan Chahyadi has over 19 years of experience in the tobacco industry, currently serving as the Head of Kretek Center of Expertise at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. Since joining the company in 2004, Yohan has held various leadership roles, including Head of PPM Asia and Manager of New Product Development, where responsibilities included developing and implementing product strategies to enhance quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance for Asia's product portfolios. Yohan's expertise extends to optimizing product components and enhancing decision-making processes across various functions. Previous roles include flavorist positions at PMI OC Switzerland and PT HM Sampoerna, where Yohan developed new flavors and cigarette designs for diverse markets. Yohan holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
