Laurensia Cynthia is currently the Manager of People & Culture - Information Management at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. They have held various positions within the company, including Manager of People & Culture - Health & Wellbeing and People & Culture Ops. Lead. Before joining PT HM Sampoerna Tbk., Laurensia worked as a Marketing Executive at eIDEA Quality and Communications and completed internships at NET MEDIATAMA TELEVISI and JTV as a member of the creative and marketing communication teams. Laurensia holds a Master of Management from Universitas Kristen Petra, where they also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science.
