Jenny Hyenstrand is an experienced educational leader with a strong focus on sustainability and interdisciplinary learning. Currently serving as the Rektor at Globala gymnasiet since March 2017, Jenny oversees multiple programs, including Samhällsprogrammet and Ekonomiprogrammet, while managing the school's finances. Prior roles include Rektor at KLARA Norra, where Jenny was responsible for 250 students and 25 staff members, and Biträdande rektor at Sjödalsgymnasiet, overseeing significant ICT and pedagogical development. Jenny began as a gymnasielärare teaching Swedish and English at Fryshuset. Academic qualifications include a master's degree in English literature from Uppsala University and extensive leadership training at Stockholm University.
