Michele Fenkel is a Shareholder at Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller, serving as Chair of the Corporate and Transactions Practice and as Chair of the Hiring Committee since January 2016. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at the same firm from 2009 to 2015 and as an Attorney at WolfBlock LLP from 2005 to 2009, where Michele served as a Corporate and Securities Associate before the firm's dissolution. Michele began a legal career as a Summer Law Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office in 2004 and has a background in investment banking as an Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 2000 to 2003, where selected to assist the CEO of the 9/11 United Services Group, Inc. Michele holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
