Gracie Williams has accumulated a variety of work experience in different roles and industries. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Studio Intern at Studio Echelman. In the same year, they also took on the role of Director of Communications at MVMENT Magazine. In 2019, they transitioned to Backbone as an Associate Product Manager and simultaneously held the position of VP of Alumni Relations at the USC Chapter of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. Gracie then joined Microsoft in 2020 as a Program Manager, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they are employed at Hang and serves in the role of Product Strategy starting from 2022.

Gracie Williams holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Product Development Engineering from the University of Southern California. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, also from the University of Southern California. Gracie also had the opportunity to study Business/Managerial Economics as a summer student at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Gracie completed their high school education and received a diploma from Phillips Exeter Academy.
