Eddie Pokki is a skilled professional with diverse experience in technical service and business leadership. Currently serving as a Regional Service Technician at Hänel Storage Systems since January 2023, Eddie previously held the position of Field Service Technician II at Raydon Corporation from May 2021 to May 2022 and served as an Aircraft Powerplant Repairman in the United States Army from September 2007 to November 2018. As the Owner/Founder of Pokki Enterprises LLC since January 2015, Eddie focuses on enhancing internal culture and customer experience strategies for organizations, driving customer acquisition and retention to increase annual revenue. Eddie is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management from American Military University, with additional educational experiences from the Community College of the Air Force, University of Louisville, and Sonoran Desert Institute.
