Lea Wanders serves as the Marketing Lead for EMEA at Handshake, a platform that connects university career services, students, and employers, reaching 20 million students and young alumni globally. Previously, Lea held the position of Marketing Lead at Talentspace, focusing on interactive recruiting events across Europe. In a prior role at e-bot7, Lea progressed from Marketing and Communication Manager to Senior Marketing Operations Manager, where responsibilities included developing client acquisition campaigns, managing CRM workflows, and enhancing website strategies. Additional contributions include involvement as an Active Member of the KI Bundesverband e.V. and as a Publisher & Author for Chatbot News Daily. Lea's academic background includes a Master's degree in International Business Communication from Radboud University and double Bachelor degrees in English Studies and Economics from Fu Jen Catholic University and the University of Bayreuth.
