Zach Montgomery began their career in 2015 as a Project Associate at USLI Canada. In 2016, they joined Edelweiss Lodge and Resort as a member of the Edelweiss Housing Division, where they had the privilege of serving the country's bravest. In 2018, they joined HANDLE Global as an Account Executive and Account Manager. As Account Manager, they were trusted by two of the top five health systems in the U.S. News & World Report best hospitals rankings and had sole source agreements with multiple GPOs. Additionally, they improved the asset disposition process by mapping an optimized workflow that included stakeholders in clinical, engineering, finance and supply chain departments. Zach also partnered with a third-party mobile developer to produce an application that streamlines portions of the sales process within the company and transfers its data via API.

Zach Montgomery attended Centre College from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics and Finance. In 2014 and 2015, they completed an abroad internship in Merida, Mexico. In 2019, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2020, they obtained a PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification from the Project Management Institute.
