Stu Bailey has extensive experience in tooling and manufacturing support, currently serving as Tool Room Manager at Handi-Foil since May 1993, where responsibilities include the development of new tooling and the repair and revision of existing equipment. Prior to Handi-Foil, Stu Bailey held the same position at Durable Packaging International from October 2006 to July 2013, gaining experience in a competitive context within the same industry. Educationally, Stu Bailey has an Associate’s degree from Ohio State University and certifications from the Tool & Die Institute, alongside a solid foundational education from John Hersey High School.
