Johanna H. possesses extensive experience in program application management and human factors engineering, currently serving as Program Application Manager and Human Factors Engineer at Fresenius Medical Care since June 2022. Prior to this role, Johanna worked at Xenios AG, where responsibilities included managing usability and human factors engineering for heart and lung therapies from November 2019 to May 2022. Academic experience includes contributions as a Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft at RWTH Aachen University's Helmholtz Institute, focusing on usability and risk engineering, alongside master’s and bachelor’s theses that received high distinction.
