Chris Turpin, Ph.D., SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in various leadership and teaching roles in the field of human resources. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at HandCraft Linen Services since October 2019. In addition to this, they serve as an adjunct professor in the Human Resource Program at the University of Richmond since 2001 and will also be an adjunct professor in the MBA Program at Longwood University starting from May 2023. Chris obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Higher Education, Policy, Planning, and Leadership from William & Mary in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science degree in Personnel and Human Resource Management from American University in 1999.
