Carmon Schietzelt is a marketing specialist with experience in both the public and private sector. Carmon began their career as a supervisor at Edible Arrangements, where they oversaw a team of 15 employees. Carmon then transitioned to Anytime K9, where they managed a staff of 30 employees and was responsible for all aspects of the business. In 2015, they joined Conservators Center, where they coordinated membership services and events for the organization. During their time there, they successfully organized and executed a large-scale direct mail fundraiser that raised $20,000. In 2018, they joined G4S Compliance & Investigations as a proposal coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating responses to bid proposals, securing contracts worth more than $4.4M in Q1 and Q2 of 2019. Carmon also created original content to maximize brand awareness through digital and print media. In 2020, they joined Hampton Roads Alliance as a marketing specialist. In this role, they are responsible for executing the global branding strategy for the organization.
Carmon Schietzelt first completed a Bachelor of Arts in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Carmon then went on to complete a training certification in Dog Training from Animal Behavior College.
