Simon Weir is an experienced commercial manager with a robust background in quantity surveying. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager at Hampsey Ltd since October 2024, Simon previously held the position of General Manager at Interspan from October 2016 to October 2024. Simon's career also includes significant roles such as Commercial Manager at McGee Group (November 2011 - October 2016) and Estimating Director at Concentral (May 2008 - December 2010). Earlier experience includes commercial management at PC Harrington Ltd (April 2004 - April 2008) and quantity surveying roles at Laing O'Rourke (April 1997 - April 2004), Alfred McAlpine (May 1994 - May 1997), and Henry Boot Construction (September 1987 - April 1994).
