Cynthia Minnitt is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Strategic Management Partners since September 2020, Cynthia also holds the title of Property Manager at Southwood Realty Co. since December 2014 and at Hammond Residential Group since August 2009. Educational background includes attendance at the Alabama A&M University Graduate School from 1990 to 1992, coupled with a foundational education from Scottsboro High School.
