Clarke Lamb has held various roles in the customer success and client services industries since 2007. In 2011, they worked as a Team Leader, Account Manager for D & G Concepts, Inc. and as a Retail Sales for Nike. Clarke also held a Mortgage Banking Intern role at Quicken Loans. In 2012, they started working at Oracle Textura, initially as a Consultant, Client Services and later as a Senior Consultant, Client Services and Manager, Client Services. In 2017, they became a Senior Customer Success Manager at Aquilon Energy Services, Inc. and in 2019 they were a Partner Development Manager at TrueCar, Inc. Currently, they are a Senior Manager, Customer Success at HammerTech, a cloud-based software platform company founded in Melbourne, Australia.
Clarke Lamb began their education journey in 2006 when they attended California Lutheran University for one year. Clarke then attended the University of Arizona from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. In July 2022, they obtained an OSHA 10 certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute. In January 2023, they obtained an Energy-Based Safety: 3-Part Series - Energy Wheel, Injury Severity and SCL Model certification from Safety Function.
