Leanne R. Hoffmann, PE, PP, CME, CPWM, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management within the engineering industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Senior Project Manager at Hammer Land Engineering since June 2021, Leanne also owns and presides over Atlantic Design Engineers Inc, a small woman-owned consulting engineering firm, since April 2011. Previously, Leanne held the position of Director of Engineering and Planning for Neptune Township, managing engineering projects, grant applications, and oversight of construction and planning boards from March 2008 to June 2021. Leanne's career includes roles at LGA Engineering and Schoor DePalma, with early experience at John S. Truhan Consulting Engineers. Leanne earned a BS in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from Rutgers University and is a founding board member of the Sea Girt Conservancy, contributing to the stewardship of local open spaces.
