Nickolas Oar is an accomplished professional in the fields of real estate investment and finance, currently serving as an Acquisition Associate and previously an Acquisition Analyst at Hamilton Zanze Real Estate Investments since October 2021. As the founder of School Sports Share, a non-profit organization dedicated to repurposing unused athletic equipment for underprivileged youth, Nickolas demonstrates a commitment to community service. Prior experience includes a role as a Financial Analyst at Real Vision and as a Consumer Durables Analyst for the Haley Large Cap Fund during the Masters of Finance program at Villanova School of Business. Nickolas holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Finance from Villanova University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design from Stanford University.
