Lucas Brenton serves as the Football Operations Coordinator for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Football Club, where responsibilities include drafting and executing contracts for over 100 players. Previously, Lucas worked as an Assistant Video Coordinator, enhancing practice and game film quality while mastering software such as DVSport and ProFootballFocus. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Video Coordinator for Carleton University Varsity Football, where duties involved scouting and equipment management, and working as Booth Manager for BeaverTails Canada Inc., overseeing employee management and inventory. Lucas began coaching as a Jr. Ravens Football Development Coach, focusing on skill development for young athletes. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical and Ancient Studies from Carleton University.
