Ahmed Saïd Badr has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and testing. Ahmed Saïd currently works as a Software Engineer at Hamilton Medical since March 2023. Previously, Ahmed held positions at IBM, starting as an Automation Test Specialist in August 2021 and later becoming a Test Manager from August 2022 to February 2023. Before joining IBM, they worked at QIQ Qcentris Intelligent Quality GmbH as a Testing Consultant from June 2016 to July 2021. Ahmed also gained experience as a Test Engineer at SIX from November 2016 to January 2020.

Ahmed Saïd Badr earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computers and Information Technology from Cairo University between 2011 and 2015. Currently, Ahmed is pursuing a Master's degree in Software Engineering from OST – Ostschweizer Fachhochschule, starting in 2023.

In terms of additional certifications, Ahmed obtained the iSAQB® CPSA Software Architecture - Foundation Level certificate from Certible in July 2023. Ahmed Saïd also holds the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM, obtained in August 2021. Ahmed gained the Linear Q certification from Tricentis in September 2016 and the ISTQB-FL certification from the Software Engineering Competence Center-SECC in August 2016.
