Regina Hardatt serves as a Board Member for Hamilton-Madison House and Dancing Classrooms New York City, while also co-founding and consulting for Empathy to Action. Currently, Regina holds the position of Assistant Lower School Director for Inclusive Teaching and Learning at The Pingry School, where responsibilities include driving innovation and leading collaborative change in educational practices. Previous roles include Educational Consultant for Co-Creating Inclusion, and various teaching positions at Avenues: The World School and Saint David's School. Regina's experience in education is complemented by a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, alongside advanced studies in Sociology of Education at NYU Steinhardt and a Master of Education from St. John's University.
