Kirsten Rankin, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Financial Advisor at Hamilton Health Sciences since October 2024. Previously, Kirsten held roles at Flipp from April 2021 to October 2024, initially as a Revenue Specialist and later as a Revenue Insights and Operations Analyst, where a focus on forecast stewardship and data analysis drove incremental revenue. Prior to Flipp, Kirsten was an Accounting Associate in a Line Accounting Co-op position at STELCO, managing high-value inventory with precision. Kirsten's career began at Lone Star Texas Grill, where leadership and communication skills were developed while serving as a Hostess/Server. Kirsten holds an MBA from McMaster University, earned in April 2023, and a Bachelor of Honours Commerce from the same institution, completed in April 2021.
