As the lead Controller at Hamilton, Alan Handelman offers over four decades of accomplished CPA experience with public and private accounting firms, specializing in real estate. Alan’s primary focus is overseeing Hamilton Eastman’s finances, by ensuring all of the firm’s financial records are in order. He is responsible for maintaining the integrity of books and other crucial documents that include form accounting policies regarding bill payments, purchases, as well as other financial transactions. Alan also provides valuable guidance to members of executive management regarding financial strategic planning and tax strategies.

Alan is a graduate of Brooklyn College (CUNY]. When not at work, he loves spending as much time with his grandchildren and travelling with his wife of 38 years.
