Julie Scarlato has over two decades of experience in the education sector, currently serving as an Education Consultant at Hamilton County Educational Service Center since August 2005. In this role, Julie focuses on professional development, instructional coaching and consulting, school improvement, and regional literacy initiatives. Prior to this position, Julie was a teacher at Mt. Healthy City Schools from February 1992 to August 2005, where responsibilities included teaching kindergarten, Title I, and 4th grade classrooms. Julie holds a Master of Science in Education with a Reading Concentration from Mount St. Joseph University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Miami University.
