Lauren Rowe is a skilled professional with diverse experience in both technical support and community engagement. Currently serving as a Technical Support Officer for Trade Waste at Hamilton City Council since November 2019, Lauren provides technical administration and field support for Trade Waste services across seven councils in the greater Waikato region. Previous roles include Laboratory Assistant at Co-Lab Water Services, where Lauren worked in an IANZ Accredited Laboratory, and Ringa Hapai Service Representative at Hamilton City Libraries, where community programs were led. Lauren's career also includes experience as an Early Childhood Kaiako and Research Assistant for the Department of Conservation. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences, a Graduate Diploma in Primary Education, and certifications in Te Reo Māori and Tikanga. Currently pursuing a Poupou Whakapiki Mauri in Health and Wellbeing at Te Wānanga o Raukawa, Lauren demonstrates a commitment to professional development and community involvement.
