Brad Vines holds a wealth of experience in technology and management roles, currently serving as the Head of Experience and Business Engagement Manager at Hamilton City Council since May 2023. Prior to this, Brad worked at Wintec from November 2012 to March 2023, where responsibilities included Executive Director of Information Technology and Manager of Technology Delivery, focusing on IT delivery improvement and strategic alignment. Brad's earlier career includes significant positions at LIC, Vinesco Limited, Fonterra Co-operative Group, Unisys (New Zealand), and Cardlink Systems Limited, alongside military service as an Electronics Technician in the United States Navy.
