Nienke Berger currently serves as Menschenrechtsbeauftragte and Referentin Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement at Hamburger Hochbahn AG since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Referentin Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement at Aurubis from September 2017 to December 2022 and as a Consultant at Schlange & Co. GmbH from November 2013 to August 2017, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development, stakeholder surveys, sustainability communication, GRI and DNK reporting, and project management. Earlier, Nienke Berger worked as a Junior Consultant and Praktikant at IfaD Institut für angewandte Datenanalyse between March 2012 and March 2014, and as a Freier Mitarbeiter at Kantar Media, contributing to social media monitoring and newsletter creation.
