Marius Nitsch currently works in Personalwesen at Hamburger Hochbahn AG since March 2023 and serves as Chefcoach for USC Paloma Herren Oberliga Hamburg since July 2021. Previously, Marius was a Versicherungsfachmann at Die Techniker from September 2021 to February 2023 and held the position of Talentscout Fußball at Nike from October 2018 to February 2022. Marius also gained experience as a Vertriebsmitarbeiter at BCD Chemie GmbH from August 2017 to August 2021, and at HEK-Hanseatische Krankenkasse from August 2013 to July 2017. A notable role was as Coach Talentförderung at DFB from July 2016 to December 2018, focusing on talent development through structured training programs. Marius holds a DFB A-Lizenz obtained in 2019 and completed education as a Kaufmann im Gesundheitswesen at Berufsschule Hamburg-Steilshoop from 2013 to 2016.
