Zan Naeem has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software engineering and research. They are currently working as a Machine Learning Research Engineer and Assistant at the Qatar Computing Research Institute. In this role, they are developing accessible tools for data cleaning using large language models, such as the AI4DP tool.

Prior to this, Zan worked as a Software Engineer at sKora Tech, where they created a platform to guide youth football players towards successful football careers. They were responsible for building backend services in Django REST framework and some functionality of the prototype frontend in Vue 3.

Zan also worked as a Software Engineer at Snoonu, where they implemented recommendation models using naive and deep learning methods. These models were used to provide more relevant recommendations for food merchants on the Snoonu food delivery application.

Additionally, Zan has experience working as a Software Developer in Research at Carnegie Mellon University, where they developed a web application, and as an Undergraduate Course Assistant for an Introduction to Computational Biology course.
