Lina Majed currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Hamad Bin Khalifa University since September 2023. Previously, Lina held various positions at Qatar University, including Associate Professor and Assistant Professor of Exercise and Fitness from August 2013 to August 2023. Lina's academic journey began as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the Sport Science Department's Human Movement Science Laboratory from 2011 to 2013 and included roles as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the Motor Control & Perception Laboratory and Paris-Sud University, respectively. Lina's educational background consists of a PhD in Human Movement Science from Paris-Saclay University, complemented by a Master's in Motor Control and Perception and a Bachelor's in Physical Education from the University of Balamand. Prior to entering academia, Lina gained experience as a Coach Assistant and Fitness Trainer at Orca Swimming Club from 2004 to 2006.
