Garett Turcott, P. Eng, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Capital Construction & Realty Services and previously as the Director of Energy, Fleet & Facilities at Halton Region since June 2021. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Garett has held various leadership roles at Oxford Properties Group since June 2012, including General Manager of Technical Services - Residential, where responsibilities encompass the maintenance of the Canadian Multi-Residential portfolio, asset management, and capital deployment. Prior to that, Garett worked as a Project Manager at CBRE Limited, providing project management services to the Ontario Realty Corporation, and as a Mechanical Supervisor at US Steel, overseeing maintenance operations in a heavy industrial setting. Academic credentials include an MBA in Strategic Marketing and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Management, both from McMaster University.
