Kevin O'Neill is an experienced gas management professional, currently serving as Gas Manager at Halton Housing since April 2005. Previously, Kevin held the positions of Lead Gas Technician (compliance) and Gas Engineer within the same organization. Prior to joining Halton Housing, Kevin worked as a Gas Engineer/Plumber at Halton Borough Council from April 2003 to April 2005. Kevin's educational background includes ongoing studies at CITB for GAS (ACS) and SMSTS (site management safety training scheme) in construction management, along with a degree from the Association of Gas Safety Managers (AGSM).
