Hayley Chantler has extensive experience in customer service and housing management, currently serving as a Neighbourhood Officer at Halton Housing since April 2016, with previous roles as a Tenancy Management Officer and Assistant Customer Care Officer. Prior to this, Hayley worked as a Customer Liaison Officer at FT Finley and Housing Maintenance Solutions, overseeing external maintenance work for Liverpool Mutual Homes. At Liverpool Mutual Homes, responsibilities included managing various refurbishment projects and providing high-quality customer service. Earlier experience includes roles at Vicinity Housing Group as an HR Assistant and Housing Assistant, and as a Receptionist at Liverpool Housing Trust. Hayley completed A-levels in Health and Social Care and IT at Holly Lodge 6th Form.
